These terms govern use of the public Agent Direct website. A paid representative engagement is governed by its separately signed agreement.
1. Website operator
Agent Direct is a service brand operated by KOISRA Co., Ltd. Agent Direct is not represented as a separate incorporated entity.
2. Informational purpose
The website provides general information about Korean domestic-representative regimes and Agent Direct’s potential services. It is not Korean legal advice, a legal opinion, a regulator decision, or confirmation that a particular company must or may appoint Agent Direct.
3. No professional relationship from website use
Browsing the website or submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship, domestic-representative appointment, agency authority, fiduciary relationship or service engagement. A service begins only after eligibility, due diligence, conflicts, capacity and scope are confirmed and a written agreement is signed.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, submit unlawful or misleading information, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use automated means to abuse the inquiry system.
5. Inquiry content
Provide accurate, high-level business information and do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, files, breach details, identity documents or confidential authority materials through the public form. You confirm that you are authorized to provide the submitted business contact information.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, original text, code and brand materials are owned by or licensed to KOISRA Co., Ltd., except for linked government materials and third-party rights. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation but may not copy, republish or commercially exploit the website without permission.
7. Third-party and official links
Links to statutes, government guidance and third-party websites are provided for reference. KOISRA does not control their availability, translation, security or content. The current Korean official source text controls over summaries or translations.
8. Accuracy and availability
KOISRA seeks to identify verification dates and reliable sources, but laws, guidance and procedures can change. The website may be changed, corrected, suspended or withdrawn without notice. No result, compliance status, appointment acceptance, regulator response or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KOISRA is not liable for a decision made solely from general website information or for third-party content or availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability relating to a paid service is governed by its signed agreement.
10. Governing framework
These website terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to any mandatory law that applies to the visitor. The governing law and dispute procedure for a representative service are stated in the signed engagement.
11. Changes
KOISRA may update these terms. The effective date identifies the version published for website use.
